He was also heading recruitment for EY Pune from business side for several years. He has interviewed over 1,000 finance professionals during his career. He was WIRC member for Accounting standard and IND AS committee and was part of 3 E-books launched by WIRC. He is very active on various industry forums over and above ICAI, AASB, MIG, MPF, MVPM etc. Further he mentors newly qualified CAs on various platforms, and he is on Expert Committee of MVPM for Qualified finance professionals.
